Navigating the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 - 26 April 2022, Cardiff
This course will provide detailed information on new law coming into force from 15 July 2022 for Renting Homes in Wales. The new law will assist in the improvement of renting, managing and living in rented homes in Wales. This course includes ‘Who is affected by the new law’, ‘the changes being made’ including contract provision, communications with landlords and property maintenance. It will give provision for how to ‘comply with the new law’ and make the necessary property and paperwork updates. It will also cover what the new law means for tenants and landlords, how ‘tenancy agreements’ will be changing and how increased security in tenancy will now be in place for all involved.
