Getting started
Whether your agency has its own branded sub-account with us or you’ve been enrolled through our main Guild of Letting & Management virtual learning environment, the process of getting started will broadly run in the same way.
Step 1
You’ll receive an email with your initial login credentials. This will help you get logged in for the first time. You are able to change the password to one of your choosing.
Step 2
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a page showing all the courses you have access to. If you do not see any courses, or the one(s) shown is not as you’re expecting, you can request administration and technical help at any time by using our support request form.
